incombustible
mineral lightweight aggregate
combinable with all common aggregates
excellently integrated into cementitious systems

CIRCOLIT® and CIRCOSIL® are used in:

CIRCOLIT® and CIRCOSIL® as synthetic calcium silicate hydrates are used in molds and linings in the refractory industry, as well as fire protection boards.
CIRCOSIL® (tobermorite crystal form) is available in defined grain sizes specifically for your application. Refractory mortars for structural fire protection can also be ideally formulated.
CIRCOLIT®-powder (xonotlite crystal form) is temperature-stable up to approx. 750 °C. At high temperatures, an endothermic isostructural phase transformation to wollastonite occurs – without changing the crystal structure. Therefore, especially in fire protection, CIRCOLIT® an indispensable companion.
